Spiritual Mount Of Initiation
Mount Anubode is called Okenanubode in Benin Kingdom of Nigeria. That is my home. Mount Anubode is where erinmwin or the invisible spirits and ancestors dwell. Okenanubode is also where the spirits and souls of the living on earth dwell.
A soul and a personality are linked before conception. The link is broken at birth; birth is an initiated into the physical world for the personality only. The communication link must be reestablished if the personality is to live a self-reliant and coherent existence. The process of reestablishing the relationship is either through mundane initiation process or divine initiation process.
The invisible spirits and ancestors that dwell on the Mount guide the souls, spirits, and destiny of the living. They guide human destiny through the links to the physical bodies.
This would continue after the separation of the soul and the physical body at death, unless the soul falters. Those who know how establishe alliances with Ihen or primordial ancestors of humankind whose dwelling or abode Okenanubode is. The owner of the soul is inspired in the physical world; hence, would comprehend its mystery, and gain control over destiny.
The process is divine initiation; as such the Mysteries are revealed as revelations that come to the worthy directly without mediation of intermediaries. Anubode therefore is a state of existence in a separate universe where control of change in the universe is controlled. One becomes true participant through revelations of the mysteries of how it works, and to gain authority over one’s life.
The link between the soul and the physical body breaks at the death of the physical body. The spirits and souls of the living and the dead would continue to dwell on Okenanubode. The fallen souls cease to exist on the Mount. They end up among the beasts of the valley of the shadows of death.
